In this section you will find the terms and conditions under which we operate.

1. The Service

FlatPack Cyprus provide an assembly service for self assembly or flat packed furniture or garden items. The item(s) to be assembled will be supplied by the customer and the boxes placed, in the case of indoor furniture, in the room where the assembled item is to be situated. The assembler will need to have an area clear to use as a workspace. Where the assembler moves boxes or clears a workspace this will form part of the chargeable time.

2. The Cost

The cost of our service is shown on the pricing page of our website and these prices will form the cost of providing the service unless otherwise agreed in writing. By engaging FlatPack Cyprus the customer agrees to pay the advertised rates.

Payment is to be made to the assembler on completion of the task.

3. Missing/Damaged Parts

FlatPack Cyprus cannot be held responsible for any missing or damaged parts. If we are unable to complete the assembly the assembler will return once the missing/damaged parts have been replaced and complete the work. In such cases the customer will only be charged for the time taken for the assembly.

4. Working Hours

Our normal working hours are 8:00 until 18:00 Monday to Friday and 8:00 until 13:00 on Saturday. Assembly work outside of these hours is available by prior arrangement and will incur additional charges.
